HOW TO GET SUPPORT

A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. Please call us on (020) 8871 4240 to first discuss your problem.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will either be given an session code or the name of your support representative and be directed back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Enter your session code in the box provided and click 'Submit', or select your representative's name from the list. With your permission, your support representative can then view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. Please note that this service supports Windows and Mac OS X systems only.
